千米深井高地压软岩条件下硐室支护设计研究与应用

Research and application of chamber support for kilometer deep well under high ground pressure and soft rock condition

摘要: 为了解决口孜东井下软岩大硐室的支护问题,分析了两淮矿区深井高地压硐室支护技术现状、特点。并根据口孜东矿主井箕斗装载硐室处工程地质情况,对装载硐室支护方案设计进行了比选和优化,提出了“锚索网带喷+钢筋混凝土+直墙肋梁加固”联合支护形式,其支护效果和经济性大幅提高。可为深井高地压软岩条件下大硐室支护设计提供一定的借鉴经验。

Abstract: Abstract:Starting from the Lianghuai mining area in the deep mine,Briefly pressed deep mine chamber support technology status,characteristics and the content, method and technical path of the research. This article through to Kou Zi Dong mine main shaft skip loading chamber engineering geological condition analysis,the selection and optimization of the loading chamber design of supporting scheme, put forward (rod, anchor cable) and shotcrete, steel and reinforced concrete combined support form the straight wall rib beam reinforcement, the support effect and economy increase.
